this is an awesome Russel crowe movie, if you expect disappointment look elsewhere, maybe in a hole six feet down=)
awesome supporting actress Elizabeth banks plays the role of a middle-aged woman i.e Lara convicted for the death of her boss. Russel plays her husband john , an English college teacher who is convinced of his wife`s innocence and go`s through a lot of risks to be united with her .

as the movie progresses the viewers question is whether or whether not Lara is innocent??? after all all the evidence clearly points to her. but it was john`s belief in her innocence that is moving. even though its a remake of a french film director Paul haggis did an amazing job.
though i was kinda curious why john an English lecturer at a community college owns a Lexus??????? and why he has been watching to many action movies because he planned the perfect jail break.
He owns a lexus on a loan or he stole it from his super rich parents in law :). It's States; even nurses drive SUVs.

ReplyDeleteHey N.Diary...(fancy the name),I watched this flick and I gotta say it's amazing! It is one of those suspense movies that end in a 'feel-good' note-with it ending just as you wanted!
